TERMS, CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

WHY THIS INFORMATION

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult this site, accessible electronically at the following address: WWW.GAPMED.IT

OWNER OF THE TREATMENT AND DPO

Following consultation of the site listed above, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed. The data controller is GAP. The data controller has appointed his own Data Protection Officer (hereinafter for brevity “DPO”), who can be contacted at the e-mail address: privacy@gapmed.it, telephone: 333 54 63 878 or in any case at GAP.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by GAP to illustrate the services provided and the activities carried out, to promote and favor a contact channel with users. The processing of personal data provided during registration and/or application (name, surname, place and date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address and city of residence or domicile) is solely aimed at allowing GAP to provide the requested services, examine your job application requests, to respond to your job application requests, to archive your job application requests, as well as to contact you. The data contained in the accepted applications will be kept by and at GAP for 3 years, the data relating to the rejected applications will be destroyed within 3 months of the refusal, the applications will be examined within 3 months of the submission of the application itself. The data may be known by GAP employees and collaborators who are duly instructed about the precautions and guarantees to be adopted in the processing of the information in question, as well as by third parties who provide accessory or instrumental services to GAP’s activity with whom agreements have been made specific in fulfillment of the provisions of the applicable legislation regarding the respect and cascade treatment of users’ sensitive data. The legal basis of the processing is represented by GAP’s legitimate interest in the dissemination and collection of information for the purposes described above.

TYPE OF TREATMENT

Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check the correct functioning of the services offered. The navigation data persist for a period of seven days (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority). Data communicated by the user. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to GAP’s contact/application addresses, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media, as well as filling in and forwarding the forms on the site, or sending of applications and CVs, involve the acquisition of the data and the sender’s contact details, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications, all also for the purpose of examining and taking a position on the applications.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of the data collected following the consultation are the following subjects designated by GAP, pursuant to article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors: the supplier of web platform development and maintenance services; the supplier of the development, supply and operational management services of the technological platforms used, which have been contracted to ensure correct processing of the data to which they access. The personal data collected is also processed by GAP which acts on the basis of specific instructions/authorisations provided in relation to the purposes and methods of the processing itself, for example to manage, examine and comment on the applications.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested parties have the right to obtain from GAP access to their personal data, the rectification or cancellation of the same, the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment (articles 15 and following of the Regulation).The appropriate instance will be accessible via the data subjects’ rights exercise form (with a specific link) to be forwarded to GAP and/or the DPO at the contacts listed above. In case of difficulty accessing the form, GAP will be diligent in helping the user in this regard.

RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them, carried out through this site, takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
